We have recently been awarded contracts for two new trade related projects in the Dominican Republic and Malawi:

  • In the Dominican Republic, we will be assisting the newly established National Commission of Unfair Trade Practices and Safeguard Measures in developing and using trade defence instruments in line with WTO rules. The project is being implemented by two experts over the period August 2009 to April 2010. More information about the project.
  • In Malawi, two trade lawyers will undertake a compliance assessment of all of Malawi's trade related laws with WTO rules. Project work will start in November 2009 and be completed by May 2010. More information about the project.
